The Yakima Union Gospel Mission is an autonomous 501(c)3 religious/charitable nonprofit governed by local people from the Yakima Valley that comprise the Board of Directors. The people who serve on the Board determine policies, guide major financial decisions, and hire the Executive Director, who oversees the daily operations and staff at each of the twelve ministry outreaches.
