Since 2004 the Union Gospel Mission has been blessed with an incredible ministry and business opportunity through the creation of New Hope Industries one of those industries is New Hope Cuisine and Catering. New Hope Industries is a fully operational commercial grade professional kitchen.
Seasoned cooking professionals are partnered with interested New Life programmers and graduates, who are trained for future careers. Currently, New Hope caters to weddings and special events, providing lunches and evening business dinners, as well as catering the dinner and several Madison House activities.
New Hope’s services have grown to include the making and purchasing of many desserts and cakes for all occasions, lunch boxes for businesses and other organizations who simply do not have time to go out and grab a bite to eat.
